The Journey Begins

First legs of the trip: Kalaupapa > Honolulu > Taiwan

Taipei's airport is great. A plethora of strange and exotic stores, a free movie theater, gaming lounge, dozens of quiet and cozy couch nooks, free wifi everywhere, and a food court that actually has good food! Although people still line up by the dozens for Burger King. Everyone wants to experience the American dream I suppose.

Next stop- Palau!
